DT Massage Therapy

Providing treatment for your aches and pains through the use of massage and stretching techniques.

Currently working on a mobile basis carrying out home visits in the surrounding areas of North Aberdeenshire, within the areas of Fraserburgh, Longside, Ellon and Turriff (16 miles radius from AB43 6PE, additional charges for areas outwith this).
My Treatments
I provide mainly deeper massages aimed at treating injuries, reducing discomfort from tired and sore muscles, as well and providing maintenance massages in order to reduce the likelihood of developing injuries and promoting recovery for tired muscles.
Sports massage
A deep massage, aimed at treating injuries, aches, and pains, as well as for a general loosen-up if you are not injured. After an initial assessment, I will use a variety of massage and stretching techniques to target problem areas, followed by aftercare and stretching advice (if required).
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
A very gentle and relaxing massage technique, which targets the lymphatic system. It is useful for reducing swelling and boosting the immune system, as well as being extremely relaxing. This massage follows a sequence of movements similar to the Voddor technique of manual lymphatic drainage. Can be applied to a specific area needing treatment (e.g. swollen feet).
Relaxing massage
A gentle massage, aimed at increasing relaxation, and not for focusing on your aches and pains. This massage is a full body massage, excluding massage on the face.
