Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Service Description

This is a very gentle, rhythmic massage that works to stimulate the lymphatic system, useful for swelling and boosting the immune system, as well as being extremely relaxing. This massage follows a sequence of movements similar to the Voddor technique of manual lymphatic drainage. Please let me know if you have a specific area needing treatment (e.g. swollen feet). If you have never had manual lymphatic drainage before, I recommend a shorter 30-minute appointment initially. *I am not a specialist in lymphatic drainage, so do not treat the face or provide specialist information on the treatment of lymphedema*
