Home Visit - 1 Hour

Service Description

Book a massage from the comfort of your home. Home visits are available locally (i.e. Fraserburgh, Mintlaw, Ellon, Turriff and surrounding areas). Booking/ arrival time will vary depending on location (for my travel radius, please allow for a 20 minute variation in arrival time ). If you require a different start time, please contact me. * For one-hour evening appointments, the booking time (my arrival time) can be changed from around 7pm to anytime until 8.30pm, please start when booking. Choose what type of massage you would like (can request more than one, depending on time and individual needs). Sports Massage A deep massage for treating injuries, aches, and pains, as well as for a general loosen-up if you are not injured. Usually includes - consultation and assessment, treatment (massage and stretching techniques used, depending on injury), and follow-up advice. I will focus on the injured/ painful areas, as well as the areas affecting it, so not usually a full body massage. Manual Lymphatic Drainage This is a very gentle, rhythmic massage that works to stimulate the lymphatic system, is useful for swelling and boosting the immune system, as well as being extremely relaxing. This massage follows a sequence of movements similar to the Voddor technique of manual lymphatic drainage. Please let me know if you have a specific area needing treatment (e.g. swollen feet). If you have never had manual lymphatic drainage before, I recommend a shorter 30-minute appointment initially (I can do a short sports or relaxing massage before this treatment). *I am not a specialist in lymphatic drainage, so do not treat the face or provide specialist information on the treatment of lymphedema* Relaxing Massage A gentle massage, aimed at increasing relaxation, and not for focusing on your aches and pains. Does not include massage to the face or head Massage duration (1 hour) does not include set-up time.
